1) Introduction
Decode RPO inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile application Decode RPO (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information to provide the App, operate subscriptions, measure analytics, and show advertising.
A) Information you provide
- Support requests: information you share when contacting us (e.g., email address, message content).
- Optional account/profile data (if your app has it): name, email, login credentials, preferences.
- User content (if your app has it): any data you submit inside the App.
B) Information collected automatically (Analytics & Diagnostics)
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone.
- Usage data: interactions with the App, screens viewed, feature usage, approximate session duration.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
- Identifiers: device identifiers and/or app instance identifiers (used for analytics and fraud prevention, depending on configuration).
C) Subscriptions and purchases
The App may offer paid subscriptions and/or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive information such as:
- Purchase metadata: product type, subscription status, renewal state, and transaction identifiers.
- Receipt/verification data: used to validate access to subscription features.
D) Information for advertising
The App displays advertisements. Depending on your choices and device settings, ad partners may collect:
- Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, and attribution data.
- Device and approximate location data: used to serve relevant ads and measure performance (often at a coarse level).
- Identifiers: such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you allow tracking via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, where applicable.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App and subscription features.
- Process entitlement and restore purchases (e.g., subscription status).
- Monitor usage, improve features, and fix bugs (analytics and diagnostics).
- Show ads, measure ad performance, and limit fraud/abuse.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
- Protect security, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4) Advertising & Tracking
We use advertising partners to display ads in the App. Some ads may be contextual; others may be personalized depending on your settings and permissions.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
If we use data that qualifies as “tracking” under Apple’s policies (e.g., using IDFA for cross-app tracking), the App will request your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” we will not access the IDFA for tracking purposes.
Opt-out options
- You can manage tracking permissions in iOS settings (Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- You can reset/limit ad personalization via iOS privacy settings (availability may vary by iOS version/region).
5) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these cases:
- Service providers: analytics, crash reporting, hosting, customer support tools that help us operate the App.
- Advertising partners: to deliver ads and measure performance, subject to your permissions and settings.
- Apple: for payments, subscription management, refunds, and App Store distribution.
- Legal and safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards).
6) Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as:

- Advertising networks: [e.g., Google AdMob / Meta Audience Network / AppLovin / Unity Ads / IronSource]
- Hosting/infrastructure: [e.g., AWS / Google Cloud / Azure]
These third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies.
7) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the App, maintaining subscriptions, analytics, compliance, and dispute resolution—unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our providers’ servers are located). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).
10) Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
